WHAT A MILESTONE! (23.05)
When our children first start
playing football at a young age, we see every game as an
achievement. Before you know it, they reach that
all important 50-games and then their 100th, then 150th
and if they're dedicated enough, they may even play
their 200th.
But for someone to play more
than 500 games for a club, is an achievement like no
other.
Long time Viking's player
Kevin McDonald reached an incredible career total of 500
games last week against Hoppers Crossing. This
Saturday the club will celebrate his achievement at
Grant Reserve when they come up against St.Albans.
We caught up with Kevin to
discuss his thoughts on reaching such a great milestone
and his plans for the future.
